Man, I am really enjoying this book. I am being challenged and pushed and I feel like my passion for excellence has become even greater, if that's possible, since starting this book. I am not finished yet, but even in the beginning of the book I was happy to read that
"having IT" has nothing to do with style of music or preaching, or modern or traditional churches or denominational affiliation. That
"IT" can't be bought or taught, it can only be caught. And you and everyone who attends or visits your church knows whether you have
"IT" or you don't have
"IT". You can just tell. I want to be the kind of Leader that has the
"IT" factor and I want our church to be the kind of church where when people walk in whether they know Christ or do not, they automatically think,
"this church has "IT"...
